MS Sangiovese Rose
This special wine offers up the more simple yet virtuous characteristics of Sangiovese. Bright summer fruit and pink grapefruit with a subtle rose petal floral lift greats the nose. The palate showcases the vibrancy and freshness we have come to expect from all of Fratelli’s wines, again strengthening the idiom of ‘vineyard wines. Lifted aromas of citrus fruit, musk melon with a mineral edge. The wine shows a good flavour core with vibrant acidity and a textural structure.. this is a delicious medium bodied wine created for immediate enjoyment ..

The savoury aspect of this wine is obvious on the nose. Black fruit aromas interlaced with an earthy spiciness delight the senses. The palate as you would expect is a woven carpet of spiced fruit, textured structure, gentle tannins and bright yet elegant acidity. The idiom of ‘less is more’ certainly rings true with this wine.
